摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor capable of highly precise temperature measuring while hardly being affected by a magnetic field even under the static magnetic field or fluctuating magnetic field. SOLUTION: The temperature sensor is provided with the first sensor part 1 composed of the first conductor 1a, and the second conductor 1b and the second sensor 2 part composed of the third conductor 2a and fourth conductor 2b, wherein under the uniform magnetic field, resistance changes generated in the first and third conductors 1a, 2a and in the second and fourth conductors 1b, 2b are set same. The effective resistance of the sensor is obtained by the potential difference generated between the first potential detection part 1c and the second potential detection part 2c, when current is made to flow between the first, and fourth conductors 1a, 2b and the second, and third conductors 1b, 2a, thereby obtains the circumferential temperature.
