PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source noise measuring device capable of measuring accurately the power source noise quantity of a high frequency on a chip (on an LSI), and acquiring a sudden peak noise, and having an output capable of being taken out easily to the outside by a low-speed signal. SOLUTION: A signal from a power source line is allowed to pass an HPF 103, and the first signal acquired by adding a divided voltage thereto is generated. On the other hand, the second signal acquired by adding a divided voltage signal to an identification voltage is generated. A comparator 106 outputs a comparison result between the voltage of the first signal and the voltage of the second signal, and a counter 107 performs count-up when the voltage of the first signal is higher than the voltage of the second signal. A sample hold circuit 108 performs sample-hold of a count value just before resetting of the counter 107. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
