PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sterilize a pressure reducer without impairing safety. SOLUTION: This food machine having a pressure reducing means 4 for a treatment chamber 2 comprises a heat exchange part 32 for indirectly heating the structural element of the pressure reducing means 4 with steam. The structural element is an ejector 24 and the heat exchange part 32 encircles the ejector 24. The pressure reducing means 4 includes the ejector 24 and a heat exchanger 25.
