PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation form execution method which enables arrangement and fixture of lower ends of respective foundation forms along the same straight line, and to provide a foundation form mounting structure. SOLUTION: The foundation form mounting structure is made up of foundation form receiving portions 3 arranged on an upper surface of a base concrete layer 1, the foundation forms 2 each having the lower end thereof fitted in the foundation support portion 3 along the straight line, and retaining plates 4 each for fixing the foundation form support portion 3 and the lower end of the foundation form 2 to the base concrete layer 1.
