PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the durability of an endless belt by more smoothly feeding the belt not to cause a slip with a rotating roller even when the tension of the endless belt to a sliding member is reduced and reducing the frictional resistance to the sliding member. SOLUTION: This running machine comprises the rotating roller 23 which circularly moves the endless belt 20 supported by a supporting plate 22 provided on the machine base 10 by a driving mechanism 26, the sliding member 25 which slidably movably guides the endless belt 20 at the end section, a pressing roller 30 which presses the endless belt 20 from the upper side and makes the gap smaller than the diameter of the rotating roller 23, and a press-contact roller 40 which press-bonds the endless belt 20 to the rotating roller 23. The press-contact roller 40 is constituted of the pressing roller 30, and a press-contact force adjusting mechanism 43 which adjusts the press-contact force of the press-contact roller is provided.
