PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transportation mechanism for a box game machine by which is the operability of transportation work is improved. SOLUTION: The transportation mechanism is provided on the lower part of a cabinet box 10 which closes and holds a front mask 20. The transportation mechanism comprises left and right support brackets 120 for freely rollably supporting wheels 130, a connecting rod 140 which connects the left and right support brackets, a base member 110 for attachably and detachably supporting the left and right support brackets, a locking screw 152 for locking the support brackets at a using position Cp at which the wheels 130 project to the outside of the cabinet box 10, and a back plate opening/closing door 71 provided so as to open and close a part of a back plate adjacent to the base member. At the time of mounting the left and right support brackets 120 connected by the connecting rod 140 on the base member 110 and locking them at the using position Cp, the left and right wheels 130 project to the outside of the cabinet box 10 and disposed, the wheels 130 are grounded, and rolling transportation in front and back directions is made possible.
