PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheeting machine with which such operation as to set up or take up a sheet can be automatically regulated in accordance with tension applied to the sheet. SOLUTION: The sheeting machine 1 is rotationally held on a machine body 4 so as to extend in a ridge width direction, and provided with a sheet roller part 5 around which a sheet S is wound, and a roller part driving mechanism 6 rotationally driving the sheet roller part 5. The roller part driving mechanism 6 is held so as to be brought into contact with a halfway portion Sa of the sheet S before reaching the sheet roller part 5 and reciprocatingly movable in an almost orthogonal direction in a sheet feeding direction at the halfway portion Sa, and provided with a tension appreciation member 40 structured so as to push down the halfway portion Sa and a tension pulley-system clutch 41 to switch on or off the power transmission of driving force to the sheet roller part 5.
