The system has an evaporator (8) connected to an expansion value (7) for evaporating depressurized refrigerant. A cool storage heat exchanger is provided at an upstream side of the evaporator. A control unit (5) controls a control valve to open a driving flow passage and to start the operation of an ejector, when the operation of the compressor is stopped due to the temporal operational stop of an engine.
