There are provided a numerical analysis model data generating program, method and system for generating numerical analysis model data for use in numerical analysis of an objective structure based on the three-dimensional geometric data thereof. Three-dimensional geometric data defining the structure is inputted, an air gap included in the inputted three-dimensional geometric data is extracted and the size thereof is determined then, if the size is smaller than a specified size, the air gap is filled, thus obtaining numerical analysis model data. Analysis model data of small volume can be generated without having a significant affect on the accuracy of numerical analysis when generation numerical analysis model data.
