<p>It is intended to provide a skin preparation for external use whereby sunburn due to ultraviolet light irradiation and spots and freckles accompanying aging can be relieved, decolored or eliminated to give whitened and beautiful skin. Namely, a skin preparation for external use containing at least one member selected from the group consisting of curdione, curcumol, neocurdione and curcumenone having activity of highly inhibiting melanogenesis. It may contain a turmeric leaf extract as a substitute for the above active ingredient(s).</p> |
