<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet cooling/heating device having good cooling/heating performance. <P>SOLUTION: A cabinet 3 in which a cooling/heating unit 11 is mounted has a first outlet 7 and a second outlet 8. On the way of a passage R connecting the cooling/heating unit 11 to the first outlet 7, a switch movable part 9 is provided for switching the passage to the side of the second outlet 8. The switch movable part 9 is opened upward to make cool air blown out of the second outlet 8.
