<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an ETC on-vehicle unit in the neighborhood of an antenna by acquiring timing information to start processing for corresponding to ETC communication. <P>SOLUTION: An ETC on-vehicle unit 1 is arranged in an overhead module at a roof side in a car compartment, and noise components superimposed on a power source line for supplying the power source of a battery are detected by a noise detecting circuit 27. Then, a CPU 11 is shifted to a normal operation mode when a door opening detection signal is outputted by a door switch 25 in the status that it is shifted to a sleep mode, and when a card insertion detection signal is outputted by a card switch 24 and a noise detection signal is outputted by a noise detecting circuit 27, the processing for corresponding to ETC communication is started. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
