<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine capable of arranging a battery on a swing body with a small number of parts, checking a liquid face of the battery, and detaching the battery without a pulling operation. <P>SOLUTION: In this construction machine, a battery 9 is arranged inside a right cover 4 of a swing body 2, and the battery 9 is provided on a fuel tank 8 arranged on the swing body 2. The battery 9 is supported by a battery supporting bracket 11 having an accommodation part 11a accommodating the battery 9, and a leg part 11b fixed to a main frame 2a of the swing body.
