<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling embedded air-conditioner with a fan motor having less power consumption Wm to save energy and uniform a temperature distribution difference in a room for high air flow control ability, with a high speed rotor such as an impeller not exposed to a panel outlet for high quality and safety, and with a decorative panel having an opening face reduced to be designed integrally with a ceiling surface during stopping operation for improved design quality. <P>SOLUTION: A lower face central portion of a ceiling embedded air-conditioner body is provided with a body inlet and a body outlet around the body air inlet. The decorative panel facing an installation room is arranged at the lower part of the air-conditioner body. The decorative panel has an inlet grill and a panel outlet along almost all periphery of the inlet grill in communication with the body inlet and the body outlet.
