<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high convenience by a broadcast program contents management distributing system having substantially infinite recording capacity, and capable of enabling the user to view programs afterwards, even if he has forgotten to record the program. <P>SOLUTION: In response to a request of transferring a broadcast program content of a service area in another country area from a member terminal device 200-J, a terminal device 200-U in the domestic area of a broadcast area of requested broadcast program content service acquires the requested broadcast program content, in accordance with the instruction of a server device 100-U and holds the content. Then, the held broadcast program content is transferred, from the device 200-U to a member terminal device 200-J1 selected as a content supplying source, to cause the device 200-J1 to hold the content.
