<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an bio-deodorization apparatus with excellent cost property capable of preventing leakage of malodor and reduction of deodorization performance with time. <P>SOLUTION: The circulation water-spray operation type bio-deodorization apparatus 11 biologically deodorizes malodor G1 and is provided with a vessel 12, a filling carrier 15, a water spray unit 21, a water spray pipe 31, or the like. The malodor G1 is introduced to the vessel 12. The filling carrier 15 is used for a carrier of a deodorization microorganism or an enzyme derived from it and is filled in the vessel 12. The water spray unit 21 sprays water in the vessel 12 to the filling carrier 15. The water spray pipe 31 recovers water in the vessel 12 as water-spraying water W1 and circulates and feeds it to the water spay unit 21.
