AIR TREATING APPARATUS FOR KITCHEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air treating apparatus in a kitchen for which a deodorization filter constituting a deodorization means can be exchanged at appropriate time and thereby a deodorization performance of the apparatus can be maintained.

SOLUTION: A cooking device S provided with an air treating part 1 arranged above a fryer 5 for cooking foodstuff in the kitchen for treating discharge air from the fryer 5 comprises: a grease filter 20 for removing oil contents in the discharge air from the fryer 5; a cooling device 6 for removing moisture in the discharge air from the fryer 5; a deodorizer 9 for removing odor components in the discharge air from the fryer 5; a blower 7 for supplying the discharge air from the fryer 5 through the grease filter 20 to the cooling device 6 and the deodorizer 9; an odor sensor 52 provided on the air downstream side of the deodorizer 9; and a controller 50 for determining the exchange time of the deodorizer 9 on the basis of the output of the odor sensor 52.
