PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a shipper to easily create an invoice, to simplify a processing in a reception center and to easily transfer delivery data to a driver. SOLUTION: In this system, an invoice input terminal 4 is constituted of a touch panel and an LCD, the weight of a package is measured by a weight sensor 10, and the delivery data are created by executing classification code and charge calculation in a delivery data complementation part 36. The invoice is printed, the bar code data of the printed invoice are read by a scanner and a charge is received by a register.
