PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation object mounting base in which an inclination angle of a bottom plate of a lower half to a top plate of an upper half is easily set to regular intervals. SOLUTION: The upper half 23 is connected with the lower half 21 so as to be rotated back and forth by a hinge shaft 22. First to fifth height adjustment levers 26 to 30 are connected with the lower half 21 so as to be selectively rotated back and forth on the same shaft line via a second hinge shaft 25. At least the first height adjustment lever 26 of the first to fifth height adjustment levers 26 to 30 is rotated upward and its support plate 26c is brought into contact with a lower surface of the top plate 23a of the upper half 23. At this state, connection bolts 34, 35 are penetrated to the top plate 23, the support plate 26c of the first height adjustment lever 26 is penetrated into the top plate 23, the connection bolts 34, 35 are screwed to nuts 32, 33 attached to the support plate 26c and the first height adjustment lever 26 is connected with the upper half 23.
