PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately read attribute information on a print image of image data including attribute information in an imaged state when printing the image data. SOLUTION: A photographic print device is provided with a supply paper magazine 1 for storing a long-sized recording paper PP therein like a roll, an image forming apparatus IC for forming an image on the recording paper PP led out from the supply paper magazine 1, and a take-up paper magazine 3 for taking up the long-sized recording paper which has had an image recorded thereon by the image forming apparatus IC. In the photographic print device, inputted image data for photographic print production is constituted so as to include attribute information of the image in an imaged state in the vicinity of one side of the image, and a print controller PC is provided which causes the image forming apparatus IC to form the image so that imaged attribute information is along one end in a breadthwise direction of carrying of the recording paper PP whichever image size the inputted image data has.
