PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit house easily and inexpensively supplied to a customer in a shape corresponding to a request of the consumer, reducing required cost by using use parts in common, in the unit house having a flush unit capable of reusing wash water as renewed wash water, after purifying the wash water used in a flush apparatus by a sewage purifying means. SOLUTION: This unit house (a toilet house 100) has the flush apparatus unit (a circulating type flush toilet unit 2) capable of reusing the wash water as the renewed wash water after purifying the wash water used by the flush apparatus (a toilet bowl 20) by the sewage purifying means (a sewage purifying part 30). The unit house has a first unit (an upper unit 31) for storing the flush apparatus, and a second unit (a lower unit 41) for storing the sewage purifying means, and makes the flush apparatus unit function by uniting the first unit and the second unit.
