摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing titanium alloy by which titanium alloy having high strength, also low rigidity, and exhibiting superelasticity can be produced by a melting method, and to provide a spectacles frame produced by a wire rod of the titanium alloy, and having excellent wearability and fitting properties. SOLUTION: In the method for producing the titanium ally having superelasticity and low rigidity, the titanium alloy in which an Mo equivalent expressed by (Mo)+2/3×(V)+(Nb)/3.5+2/9×(Ta)+2.8×(Fe)+1.6×(Cr) is 8 to 12 is held to the temperature range from theβtransformation point thereof to less than theβtransformation point by≤100°C for≥1 min.
