PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition that is not tacky in an uncured state and is excellent in properties of the cured product. SOLUTION: The composition is a photosetting resin composition comprising (I) a urethane compound having an unsaturated group at a molecular end and/or a side chain, wherein the urethane compound having an unsaturated group at a molecular end and/or a side chain (I) is a compound produced by urethanizing (i) a hydroxy group-containing urethane compound with (ii) an unsaturated compound having one isocyanate group in the molecule so that the hydroxy group of the compound (i) is blocked; and the hydroxy group-containing urethane compound (i) is a compound produced by reacting (a) a polycarbonate compound having at least two hydroxy groups in the molecule, (b) a triol compound and/or a derivative of the triol compound, (c) a diol compound and (d) a hydroxy group-containing unsaturated compound with (e) a diisocyanate compound.
