PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer composition having a sea-island structure in which an island phase of a plastic with a lower hardness than a crystalline plastic is dispersed in a sea phase composed of the crystalline plastic and having enhanced deformability (stretchability) by preventing crystallization of the crystalline plastic, and to provide moldings excellent in stretch properties obtained by molding the polymer composition. SOLUTION: The polymer composition has a sea-island structure having a sea phase composed of a crystalline plastic A and an island phase composed of a plastic B with a lower hardness than the crystalline plastic A and dispersed in the sea phase, wherein the composition further contains a thermally conductive filler C.
