PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce recycling cost of refuse by arranging the processing function such as drying in a refuse vessel. SOLUTION: This refuse vessel 1 has an intermediate bottom 3 inside. The inside of the vessel is divided into upper-lower two divisions (a processing space 5 and a storage space 6) by this intermediate bottom. The intermediate bottom 3 can be pulled out to the front by holding a grip 3a. An upper surface of the refuse vessel 1 is blocked up by a hinge type input cover 10, and the refuse is inputted inside by opening this cover. A processing system 11 corresponding to a kind of receiving refuse is arranged in the processing space 5. When receiving plastic refuse after being washed by water, an electric hot air blower is installed inside the cover as the processing system 11, and the refuse is dried by blowing hot air upon the refuse.
