PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems, wherein an openable plastic case has a weight of≥50 g, and thus the total weight of a sending object, namely the sum of a compact disc and an envelope exceeds 100 g, and when the weight exceeds 100 g, a relatively inexpensive delivery charge for≤100 g which private parcel delivery service entrepreneurs establish is not applicable, and in addition, the cost for the packaging materials becomes high, since the case made of plastic and the envelope are bought separately.
