PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for deburring an inner plate capable of efficiently removing burrs formed on an inner peripheral face of an inner plate accommodating solid powder cosmetic in a production process without scattering excess powder and without lowering the commodity value due to slight impact or vibration during the shipping or carriage by a user, and an article made by the device. SOLUTION: The deburring device for solid powder cosmetic includes a deburring means moved along an inner peripheral surface of a container, a guide means moved along an outer peripheral surface of the container, and a means to relatively change the distance between the deburring means and the guide means according to the change of the thickness of a peripheral wall of the container from the center of the container. Burrs which are unsolidified portion deposited along the inner peripheral surface of the opening part of the recess are removed by constantly arranging the deburring means along the inner peripheral surface of the opening part of the recess of the container.
