MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PNEUMATIC TIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a pneumatic tire suppressing irregular wear and effectively forming earth rubber showing an improvement in adhesion to tread rubber. SOLUTION: Pin-like rubber 2 made of unvulcanized conductive rubber is cooled and hardened. The pin-like rubber 2 is forced into the tread rubber 1 made of non-conductive rubber from the surface to the bottom portion. The tread rubber 1 is wound around an unvulcanized tire casing to form a green tire, and then the green tire is vulcanized. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
