<p>A detecting element has a board 2, one side of which is provided with: (1) a heater pattern and first and second heater electrodes connected to both edges of the heater pattern, a first signal extracting electrode part and a second signal extracting electrode formed separately from the heater pattern and the heater electrodes, (2) a glass overcoat layer formed by covering the entire surface of the heater pattern, (3) a lower element electrode part, which is connected with the first signal extracting electrode part and is formed on the glass overcoat layer, (4) a bulk layer formed on the lower element electrode part, (5) an upper element electrode formed on the upper surface of the bulk layer, and (6) a wire which connects the upper element electrode and the second signal extracting electrode.</p> |
