The proposed thermoelectric module contains ceramic heat-accumulating plates and thermoelements with p and n conductivity. Each thermoelement has defined dimensions of the cross-section and a height. The crystallographic plane of the thermoelement isarranged perpendicular to the side facet and at a defined angle to the end facet of the thermoelement.
