TECHNIQUE FOR SURGICAL CORRECTION OF UNSTABLE INTRA-ARTICULAR FISSURE OF PROXIMAL DIVISION OF FEMUR

The technique for the surgical correction of the unstable intra-articular fissure of the proximal division of femur comprises the cutting of the intertrochanteric crest, the dissection of the articular capsule, the elimination of the interposition followed by osteosynthesis and bone autoplasty employing the tissues of the cut intertrochanteric crest. The latter is inserted subchondrally in the area of the deformity of the femoral head from the side of the neck. In addition, subtrochanteric correcting derotational valgus-type osteotomy in the proximal division is performed.
