<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a Go (ground soybean) Miso soup comprising further adding bittern to a conventional method for preparing the Go Miso soup. <P>SOLUTION: The Go Miso soup is prepared by preadding the bittern to a usual Miso soup and introducing soybean milk into the Miso soup while stirring when the Miso soup is boiled. A pouched material for the Go Miso soup is obtained as follows. Raw soybeans and the bittern which are materials for preparing the Go Miso soup are made into a set by displaying the number of g of each ratio of the raw soybeans and bittern on the basis of the method for preparing the Go Miso soup of the method for adding the bittern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
