<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely measure an internal resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The internal resistance RS is calculated by a microcomputer 11, on the basis of an output voltage of a sensor 10 measured by an amplifier AMP1 in a usual operation not impressed with a measuring bias voltage VCC to the sensor 10, an output voltage of the sensor 10 measured by the amplifier AMP1, and voltage drops in a switch SW1 and a measuring resistance RV measured by an amplifier AMP2, when the measuring bias voltage VCC is impressed to the sensor 10 via the switch SW1 and a switch SW2, a voltage drop of a reference resistance RC measured by the amplifier AMP1, and voltage drops in the switch SW1 and the measuring resistance RV measured by the amplifier AMP2, when the measuring bias voltage VCC is impressed to the reference resistance RC via the switches SW1, SW2, by relative comparison with the reference resistance RC. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
