<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device preventing the lowering of output performance of a plurality of electricity storing systems by restraining the unevenness of the temperature thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The cooling device for the electricity storing system is composed of air ducts 300A, 300B connected to respective battery packs 100, exhaust ducts 400, cooling fans 200 arranged to respective air ducts 300A, 300B for supplying air to the battery packs 100, passage throttling mechanisms 700 arranged to the air duct 300A for changing fluid resistance, and an ECU 900 for controlling the operation of the cooling fans and the passage throttling mechanism.
