<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables the acquisition of Raman spectra of not only a specific chemical but also a whole sample and successful in achieving both incompatibility of the dispersion stability of an additive and the intensification of Raman dispersion light, provide noble metal particles superior in dispersion stability and capable of effectively demonstrating surface plasmon resonance effects and intensifying dispersion light, and provide their manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In the Raman spectrum measuring method, the noble metal particles having a substituent expressed by formula (I) on their surfaces are added to a sample.
