PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated safety glass having fire-proof properties and crime preventing properties only using a glass panel without applying fire-proof properties only to the glass panel. SOLUTION: The safety glass 14 is constituted by laminating glass panels 16 on both sides of a laminated resin film 11 through adhesive layers 15. The laminated resin film 11 has a three-layered constitution wherein fluoroplastic films 12 are laminated so as to hold a polyvinyl butyral film 13, that is, arranged on both sides of the polyvinyl butyral film 13. The thickness of the polyvinyl butyral film 13 is 0.3-2.5 mm and the thickness of each of the fluoroplastic films 12 is 0.05-2 mm.
