THREE-DIMENSIONAL PICTURE DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-dimensional picture which is not discontinuous as far as possible and which does not have distortion from three-dimensional picture display data.

SOLUTION: When the two-dimensional picture is displayed, an observation point in a view region is assumed. A parallax picture displayed in a pixel at a position where a line connecting the observation point and an exit pupil crosses a display unit in a state where the three-dimensional picture is displayed or a position near it is developed and displayed in an element picture including the pixel.
