PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program information providing device which provides program information in consideration of a present time. SOLUTION: A program information offering device comprises a communication portion 102; a program information acquiring portion 103 for acquiring program information from a program information providing server 101 through the communication portion 102; a present time acquiring portion 105 for acquiring a present time; a program information storing portion 104 for storing the program information acquired by the program information acquiring portion 103; a display content determining portion 106 of determining a display object from among the program information stored in the program information storing portion 104 on the basis of the present time acquired by the present time acquiring portion 105; and an information display portion 107 for displaying a predetermined item of the program information which is made a display object by the display content determining portion 106.
