PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for retaining local information at a particular place for a certain period using communication with only a mobile communication terminal unit without providing a particular server. SOLUTION: Under a circumstance such that a plurality of mobile communication terminal units K1-K8 exist and replacement thereof takes place, a mobile communication terminal unit K1 providing local information adds a condition for transmitting the local information and a condition for discarding the local information to the local information, and transmits the local information with the added conditions via broadcast communication. When the condition for transfer is satisfied on receipt of the local information, a mobile communication terminal unit located in the surrounding transmits the local information again to the surrounding thereof via broadcast communication. By repeating the above, the local information is retained at the particular place for the certain period.
