PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a facility cost by using a common fire sensor in an emergency call device and a fire alarm system in the same dwelling unit. SOLUTION: The fire sensor 15 is a fire sensor with a signal transmission contact terminal, a signal terminal is connected to a fire receiver 21 installed in a management room 20 via a signal line 80, and the signal transmission contact terminal is connected to an emergency call unit 11 via a wiring 60. Since the emergency call device and the fire alarm system in the same dwelling unit use the common fire sensor, thereby eliminating duplicate installation, and the facility cost can be reduced. The fire sensor installed in the dwelling unit constantly sends trend information of smoke in the environment to the fire receiver to provide up-to-date information to a caretaker managing the fire receiver. The caretaker can grasp a degree of safety in an aspect of fire fighting of the whole building by the information, and fire can be prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
