PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment for communicating information by which an operator can properly decide whether or not a lane can be changed between vehicles. SOLUTION: The communication equipment (information request side) of its own vehicle transmits transmission data with an absolute time (A) in a transmission time being an absolute time at that point of time, current location, dead angle region, speed and direction of its own vehicle added to a current dynamic address and its immediately succeeding dynamic address. The communication equipment (information providing side) of the following vehicle which has received the transmission data calculates the time when its own vehicle enters the dead angle region and the location and direction at that time from the absolute time (A) in the transmission time, current location, dead angle region, speed, and direction included in the received data and the current location, speed and direction of its own vehicle. As a result, when its own vehicle enters the dead angle region within a predetermined time, the communication equipment returns the notification of entry. The notification of entry to be returned includes the notification time being the absolute time when its own vehicle enters the dead angle region and the location, speed and direction of its own vehicle at that time.
