PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the overall image of a relevant article group to which articles retrieved from a plurality of news articles under predetermined retrieval conditions belong. SOLUTION: An article DB10 acquires and stores a plurality of articles. In this case, each of the plurality of articles is applied with attribute information for specifying the article group constituted of a plurality of articles preliminarily associated with one another to which the articles belong. An article retrieving part 30 retrieves the articles matched with retrieval conditions stored in a profile DB20 from the plurality of articles stored in the article DB10. A relevant article group extracting part 40 extracts the article group to which the articles belong as a relevant article group from the article DB10 based on the attribute information of the retrieved articles.
