PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic belt prevented from causing deviation of elastic feeling to improve comfortability in use and user friendliness. SOLUTION: The elastic belt is provided with the following: a long sash-like belt main body; an insertion buckle attached to one end of the sash-like belt main body, into which the other end of the sash-like belt main body is inserted and which allows the other end of the sash-like belt main body to be movable; a sash-like elastic body one end of which is attached to the back side corresponding to one end side of the sash-like belt main body via attachment metal fittings, and extended so as to be disposed at the front surface side of the belly part of a wearer when used; and a fixing buckle which is attached to the other end of the elastic body, and through which the other end of the sash-like belt main body passes to be fixed at a desired position. The sash-like belt main body is put around the wearer's body, the other end of the belt main body is passed through the fixing buckle to be fixed at the desired position and passed through the insertion buckle to be set up.
