PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin-based resin composition excellent in weather resistance, molding processability, heat resistance, wear resistance and deformation recovery properties. SOLUTION: The polyolefin-based resin composition contains 1-98 pts. wt. ingredient (A), 1-98 pts. wt. ingredient (B) and 1-98 pts. wt. ingredient (C), wherein the sum of the ingredient (A), the ingredient (B) and the ingredient (C) is 100 pts. wt., the ingredient (A) is an amorphous polyolefin-based copolymer ingredient obtained by copolymerization of at least two olefins having≥6 sum of carbons and selected from a group consisting of propylene and 4-20Cα-olefins and has 0.7-10 dl/g intrinsic viscosity [η] measured in 135°C tetralin, the ingredient (B) is a hydrogenated product of vinyl aromatic-conjugated diene-based block copolymer having -50°C to +30°C peak temperature of dynamic loss tangent (tanδ) measured at -150°C to +50°C with a dynamic viscoelasticity measuring device, and the ingredient (C) is polyolefin-based resin.
