PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-staining olefinic resin sheet improved in the adhesion of an olefinic resin coating layer and the anti-staining layer formed thereon and having good anti-staining properties. SOLUTION: In the anti-staining olefinic resin sheet including the sheetlike base material, which is composed of a base fabric including a fiber cloth and the olefinic resin coating layer formed at least on one side thereof, and the anti-staining layer formed on the olefinic resin coating layer of the sheetlike base material, an adhesive layer containing a styrenic block copolymer and a comb-like copolymer is formed between the olefinic resin coating layer and the anti-staining layer.
