PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable body warmer equipped with a resilient material or the like. SOLUTION: The disposable body warmer, in which an exothermic composition 1 is housed in a housing bag 2 with air permeability, and which is composed in such a way that a resilient material 3 formable in a given shape with iron, copper, aluminum, a resin or the like is attached to the housing bag 2, is provided. The disposable body warmer in which the resilient material 3 is attached to the outside of the housing bag 2 housing the exothermic composition 1, is provided. The disposable body warmer in which the resilient material 3 is attached with a pasting material or the like to the inside of the housing bag 2 housing the exothermic composition 1, is provided.
