PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience in using a member's card, prevent the peep, leakage, and abuse of a password, improve the security of the member's card, minimize the damage from the stolen member's card, and protect member's interest. SOLUTION: A management computer 30 has a storage means 33 in which a prize not requiring verification of the password and the limit amount thereof are previously registered. After authentication of the member's card, a specified prize to be exchanged and the amount of the prize to be exchanged inputted at a prize vending machine 40 are transmitted to a prize exchanger 10. When a control means 19 of the prize exchanger 10 determines that the prize to be exchanged is included in the prize not requiring verification of the password and has an amount less than the limit amount, a prize vending machine 40 is made to deliver the prize without the input of the password.
