PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat structure capable of preventing interference of shoulders of adjacent occupants with each other, and reducing the number of parts and the cost. SOLUTION: In the vehicular seat structure for three persons having wide seats 11 and 21 and narrow seats 16 and 26 adjacent to the wide seats, the narrow seats are singly slidable in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body by slide mechanisms 19 and 29, and the layout can be realized, in which the narrow seats are located at the rear side of the vehicle body with respect to the wide seats. The slide quantity of the narrow seats backward of the vehicle body by the slide mechanisms is set to be the slide quantity in which a shoulder of an occupant seated in the narrow seat is separable from a shoulder of an occupant seated in the wide seat.
