The sample holder (2), especially for milk samples, has a vessel (3) to contain the sample with an integrated closure lid (5). The lid has an injection opening (20) to fill the vessel with the sample. The vessel and the closed lid has an integrated disposable closure to prevent tampering. The tamper-proof security unit has an additional closure lid (7), produced with the vessel and the closure lid or as part of the lid, to fold over it and cover the injection opening. The lid is attached to the vessel by a film hinge (6), to move between an open position (13) and a secure closed position.
