A method of separating grain mixtures on sieves provides for evoking the oscillation movement of the separating sieve surface, uniform delivery of an outlet material to the beginning of the surface and removal of the separation products from it. An additional force varying according the magnitude and direction of the action is applied to the material which moves along the separating sieve surface.
